I don't think Trustpilot is enough for a case of someone sending his phone or tablet containing recoverable Bitcoin or cryptocurrency to a third party. Think it properly and see if there is anyone that will do that using some positive remarks from Trustpilot. I better means of assurance from legally recognized independent body would have been a lot better especially for people sending to labs across boarders. I cannot think of any one now but there should be people that offers such services that is similar to insurance or guarantors. If they can add that to their operation, it will bring some level of trust and confidence to people who might need their services.

I aslo through on that as well having to protect against potential losses or even date breaches made occur plus sending sensitive devices to a third party lab can be sometimes trustworthy, from what i could say is that these measures could enhance trust and confidence when making of use of their services, well i think it can sometimes be uncomfortable or understandable that shipping devices across boarders can lead to one be well concerned about your data security and potential losses, i think the suggestion i have in mind is that for Keychainx to kind of consider or try to establish labs in African countries or try to partner with local trustees entities also create more of alleviate logistics and some upper hand security concerns Africa clients, plus having to add this to thier sector demonstrations some level of commitments to thier locals security and transparency to ensure that thier client practically have peace if mind and recourse.

Yes I totally agree with you on this I think the scheme needs a third party system and a trusted one at that to enable them get some trust because when dealing crypto wallet recovery it requires trust as there could risk of being scammed.

A third party system will help in some way build trust for the scheme and the recovery process for me I think it should be included in their structures if not included already
