Yet, the general consensus shared by many casinos [as well as, I believe, dictated by the provider] it is a prohibited technic.

By OP's admission, he utilizes abovementioned strategy, of which prompt you to lock him out and get his account closed. I understand that OP has no access to his account anymore and thus can not provide us screenshot of his deposit and withdrawal [so we can figure whether he's in overall profit or in a loss position]? Typically, we limit the account, allow the user to withdraw their deposits and any winnings after a KYC review, and if the user is caught again or linked to another account using the same strategy, a freeze of funds occur-with the deposit always refunded. We never withhold deposits under any circumstances.
