Obviously, their name sounds strange here as a result of their inactivity. If they had been very active, we could have known about their presence and that would not have been an issue because OP would have been able to reach out to them so easily. From the uploaded picture I have seen, it was stated that you can withdraw an amount of bitcoin which I think should be your deposit and it was also captured in your upload that you violated their terms of use which made them get your account blocked. Maybe you should properly explain yourself so that we could properly understand what transpired because from the looks now it is obvious you likely defaulted a rule which resulted in you being suspended from the casino website.

Yeah I’m really not sure what I could have done wrong, I simply signed up for their website, didn’t take any bonuses and deposited a few thousand dollars and won around $12,000 taking NHL spreads and totals live. Once my account was at $16,000 I was limited so I made a withdrawal request and they stiffed me. I’ve never made an account on this website before and there’s no way I broke any terms of use.
