My other issue is about KYC and AML. Obviously you will ask for KYC from your customers, but shouldn't the customer also have the liberty of knowing the company they are dealing with?

shying away from it only presents the company to be one with a shady intent and not having to spill certain details in clear terms for verification certainly creates a tensed feel about the whole site.
