Top VIP monthly bonus? I've won it few times and the amount usually between $250-$350 and frankly speaking I have no idea how this bonus works.
Based on my own speculation and based on other's experiences, this bonus seems to be given for those who have VIP host and these players wager the most among the other players on the VIP group.
So lets say I'm with VIP host "A" and this "A" is managing lets say 300-400 users, if in a month I wager more than the others (maybe something like top 10-20) among the other 300-400players then I'll get the Top VIP bonus at the end of the month (a day or 2 in the following month).
From the few Top VIP bonuses I received, my wager statistic during the month were something like $300k.
Of course it cant be used as a standard because if my speculation is right then $300k or even more might not be enough to be on top players in other VIP host group.

Before self-exclusion, I had a Russian VIP manager named Tatjana.
About a year and a half ago, wager $200.000 in volume was enough to get top VIP monthly rewards in our tg group.

By the way, maybe this will be useful to someone:
Over a year ago, I permanently blocked my Platinum IV account.
And yet, I still keep receiving weekly/monthly/post-monthly rewards — which have now dropped to something like $0.03.
A few times throughout the year of my permanent blocking (maybe 5 or 6), I randomly received $16 as a weekly bonus — despite not playing at all

Recently, I decided to try and lift the permanent self-exclusion.
I filled out the initial request form, got a follow-up form, confirmed I take full responsibility, submitted that too — and now it’s been over a month with no response. And support say "Wait-Wait-Wait"
