Stake also accepts some other documents for address verification besides the utility bill. As your friend has graduated recently, tell him to get an official letter from his educational institution. This also belongs to 'Proof of Address: Acceptable Documentation'.

as i said in my post i think his funds coming from his parents like allowance and his savings also he won some so he still has funds remaining i dont know much about him but i now a lot from the philippines that you can earn money without employment like giving resume and some papers, and for the question why i created this post cause i know where i can post some problems about sites it just his not his thing going to the internet like thats my thing cause i do some research sometimes on like forums like reddit and recently found this site
