I haven't personally, but the real cost is finding the cabling.

Since I do have some PC/electronics experience I had planned to make the cables.... I found the connectors here:

If version 2 of the connector is needed that is also available.

Cables will be made using 16 ga wire, 6 to 12 inches in length (depending on PS placement in relation to miner) so as to avoid the overheating issues mentioned elsewhere on this thread.
