that's true, never easy to completely quit from gambling when it comes to addiction. unless if you didn't get addicted yet , there might some chances for you to have an exit door. but still it would be hard but at least it wasn't as hard as when you have got addicted. there's always a way out for those people who clever enough to find it.

addiction will stop when you're really tired of playing gambling because a lot of lost money and you are aware of all of this is just throwing money and time.
