1. Standard ICO - simple and standard ICO terms and conditions.
Prior to launching, the project developer must submit the following data for verification and registration:

Basic personal data (name and primary means of contact)
Coin name, logo and specs (algorithm, money supply, block time etc.)
Amount of coins offered in presale
Coin Logo in *.png format with transparent background

Length of presale period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 1 month)
Model of distribution (proportional distribution or fixed price with or without early investor discount)

The developer must submit all of the above information before the ICO launch.
ICOHive will then provide initial code verification and ask the developer to mine a genesis block and transfer all ICO funds to the ICOHive wallet.
After the transaction is confirmed by ICOHive, the ICO will commence per developer's request.
The source code and wallet must be published before or during the ICO stage. Presale will be available on the dedicated ICOHive page.
After the ICO stage is over, ICOHive will hold all funds in escrow for up to 5 days while ensuring that ICO terms are met. Information about all ICO investments will be available during the ICO and up to 1 month after the ICO.

2. Long-Term Investment
ICO funds will be held in escrow and paid upon the delivery of milestones, set in the project timeline by the developer. Escrow service will provide an expert assessment in order to determine if conditions are met.

Upon reaching the first milestone, ICOHive will verify if the milestone criteria are met. ICOHives expert assessment will be done within 5 days after the milestone date is reached. If the milestone results are delivered, the second payment will be released. In case of a failure by the developer to deliver promised results, funds will be held for an additional 5 days and then used to issue a partial refund.

A full refund will be issued if the following should occur:

the block chain does not move properly in accordance with the coin specs,
the coin is not listed by any exchange within 5 days after the ICO, or

3. "Buy Wall" ICO
After the ICO stage, all funds will be used to put a "buy wall" on the exchange, i.e. a buy order for the ICO price will be made and put on the exchange offering a full refund for investors that have decided to opt out. This buy wall will be gradually reduced through time, partially releasing funds to the developer.
