It is probable. I sent some Qora yesterday and showed in blockchain, but I haven't got it in poloniex.

QORA need bittrex !

It might be something on Poloniex side where they need to update their wallet(s). Try sending some Qora to and from a different Qora wallet? I don't know for sure though that will fix your problems.

However, I do know, I've also had issues recently with some other coins (that will remain nameless as to not cause a bank run) that did not withdraw properly from my Poloniex wallet. They would show as withdrawn in the withdrawn history, but would not show up on that coin's official block explorer...

What could that mean? I'm not sure, I just figured it means they need to update their wallets.
