I guess that it true. My point was more that this guy's bank account probably doesn't have money to cover the loan either way. So even if he failed to get a bank transfer reversed there would not be money to cover the loan

If my bank account have money I dont need go there and ask for loan. But you can see my recent transations . That 's all i can provide , if cannot accept for loan I just wanna say thanks and have a nice day.

It's clear, you aren't getting any loan. If you've any strong collateral, only then, there is little chance that they'll provide you loan, good luck.
