you are redirecting your whole traffic through a free vpn service in romania?
this is again a really bad idea concerning security ( they can read your whole traffic and manipulate it.. they can hack your system - no more firewall )
but at least you know it's a router problem..

i only used it for testing, but thanks for the security warning.

i solved the problem - set the fu..ing modem/router to modem only mode and take an older netgear router. Activated portforwarding and seconds later everything is working.
...no idea why it's not working on the other one, but ok, solved

-> i have 112 coins in one input for the masternode, are the other coins in the other inputs stake during masternode is running or should i transfer them to another wallet?
