Thank you for your interest. And YES we are also in awe about the ways blockchain is changing our lives and it does it so fast!

In short we might be called "decentralized global recruitment agency", but our prime target audience are poor people in Asian region who have very little options of earning money now basically, it's one or another brand 'sweatshop' for them..

These people are called "The Next Billion" (https://developers.google.com/web/billions/) and they are not on the Web yet, but will be very soon.

We made the platform for them for getting work locally based on the skills they have OR to get some remote work globally.
But not only that they can teach others and get lessons on the skill they want to acquire thus getting more options of earning money and eliminating (as we hope) poverty and crime.
