This user sold me 5 WHMCS licenses in return for 0.02BTC (It's not a lot but hear me out).
Upon buying these licenses, he managed to get me 5 licenses reasonably quick. Just to be safe, I contact WHMCS to check out the licenses. Upon validation from WHMCS they seemed to be valid. But, WHMCS then asked me if I'd had bought these. I replied saying Yes I have. WHMCS then replied with this:

No, these are not one time licenses. These are webhost licenses and they cannot be resold. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

My keys have now been Suspended and I have wasted my money. These ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD! DO NOT BUY THEM!

This is true.

Please do not purchase from this seller. I also contacted WHMCS in case and they notified me that webhost-KEY licenses are not allowed to be resold. These are the type of licenses he is selling.

If you do buy from this, you will face this (copied and pasted from my conversation):

Possible site shutdown charges
