The market is undergoing a bull run right now, but I am not sure whether this is applicable to the ICOs. I checked a few of the projects that got listed this month. All of them were listed at a discount to the ICO prices, despite some of them having very interesting and unique ideas. So far the bull run has been applicable only to BTC. The alts and ICOs are yet to show any signs of recovery.

Indeed, ICO projects do not always end in failure. but for now I feel that joining the bounty project of an ICO project is not a good thing. Because when we can produce good bounties, we must be able to choose the right project. This is a difficult thing, so in my opinion we have to choose the things that are certain.
