Yes I dual mine, but I focus on the less profitable coins to get in while the difficulty is low Wink

Hash rates wise, well this depends on your hardware, your tweaks and your personal settings. I'm afraid there's no substitute for methodical testing and tweaking to find the sweet-spot for your hardware.
