Don't worry, it's the same for me. They shipped the PSU's rather quickly, and only the tracking number of the PSU shipment is visable on that order summary page. I got the tracking info on the S7 directly from UPS. Not a word from Bitmain

Bitmain only seems to be providing tracking numbers for the first shipment (generally the PSU) then when the miner itself gets shipped there is nothing. UPS provides a pretty slick way of seeing anything that is shipping to your address - maybe try to find out if DHL can do that - otherwise it will probably just show up in the next couple days (or you'll get the customs call)
