The homepage has not this information yet, but they sell hash power on their site in form of shares "BTC-M". You get daily dividends and you can sell your hash power at any time on the market. You are not locked in.
BTCPop is a trustworthy site and operates since Decemeber 2014. The cloud mining feature has been live for approximately 1 year I think.
