For me, I normally buy bitcoin anytime I have the money, there is no specific time for me to buy bitcoin. The bitcoin traders normally buys bitcoin on the dip and sell when the price go up again. But for me, that has no use to me at all because I'm planing on hodling my bitcoin for a very long-term.

Indeed, every time is the right time to buy bitcoin if we are going to forget about those dumps, those dumps are just helping us to have profits in the long run, but if we are going to buy bitcoin whether it is not on a dump doesn't mean that we couldn't make profits, it is not true because everyday the price of bitcoin is increasing meaning we could still make profits.
