There is still time to buy some bitcoins. But I'm guessing that this increase is going to take only for a week until we reach 2-3 days before this month ends. And for sure there will be a rapid dip too, so we dont have to wait for that time. If you can avail to purchase bitcoin today, buy.

With me in today just small recovery price after have some news about BIP91 make memes buying on market, maybe this trend will continue until end this week.
