Dont worry both the OP and the highest bidder won are same persons alt account, this they are doing to scam it, so it is much better to just avoid this type of auction where OP is accepting the bid lower then his minimum offer.

I'm not an alt of him.. I offer 0.05 and after he released the post quality i offered 0.04 BTC but i did not win it.. Maybe someone buy it via pm
