Be a man and take responsibility on what both of you have done, both of you have a responsibility for it since I am assuming that it was done with consent.
If both of you truly loves each other then things will work out well, the way I see it both of you are just having a hard time facing it since you are scared on how the society would react or look at you, but does that truly matter? if you aren't doing anything that could hurt others then for me there is nothing wrong with it.
