I emailed them at least 3-4 times and have talked to their chat box on their betcoin.ag website, they are claiming "management" has responded to my emails/ticket.

I am hoping a representative steps up and corrects the issue

EDIT: I will look into the origin of the other transaction.......
I am not planning to send it back at the moment even if it were from betcoin, i've lost alot of money betting there
