Just using a local store? However for you try in the Alibaba's shop? I think buying from the local store is already accepting shipping to the foreign. but you need for reading the shipping coverage of the online shops before.

Alibaba is a good source but they are selling by bulk and they offer big discounts for this,try Alibaba hongkong based online shop also offer free shipment like focalprice I've tried their service and they do offer free shipment but I'm not sure if they have the pc parts that you want sent.

It is a good option but the fact is that most of the time they do not have the actual good items you mostly need.
I think that maybe Taobao can be something for you honestly.
