A week or so later, I received an email asking me to describe what was wrong.

Stupidly I explained the situation again, which was a total waste of time as I never heard back. This was around thanksgiving time...really wasn't looking for much other than an apology, but instead they were total assholes.

I think they just copied terms and conditions from another site, and do not have good English skills to alter the terms & conditions, AFAIK, Fj is a Russian casino, so English is not their mother tongue, that's why they stick with their misleading terms, and ain't willing to change the rules. Sad
