-One withdrawal per day for those users who own a building level 11-20 : anyone who has one of these buildings can Withdraw instantly(by clicking the normal Withdraw button in the Withdraw page/section), one time per day.
Also the Upgrade/Buildings section will be updated with many other details about your building.
