You got blacklisted, because you use the wrong signature. You just copy+paste the signature instead replacing the xxx into your BCT ID. Even though there is a generator for that mentioned in red font.

You need to fix this and reapply.

Sorry, my bad. Fixed it now. Will still get 'user blacklisted', of course.
