Came across you guys from a reddit post. Interested in using your service. When do you plan to complete the automated system on your site? What kind of fee would you guys ask for once this is complete?

Once we have an automated system the fee will go down. We have not decided on the price, but 5% is a reasonable guess. Over time our fee will fall further. Right now the process for Electrum 2FA recovery is closest to being automated, but multisig addresses other than 2-of-3 still require manual extraction. SegWit addresses should become automated too, but that will be done after Electrum 2FA.
