Yes, every registered user need to submit their license & ID for verification purpose. Overall apps can only be use by verified user but for transaction and withdrawal are open to public. There will be two level of ID verfication point, first level for user which can just use Coincab services while second level included user license requirement to get involve in our team which they can use the apps or they can be a driver for the vehicle depends on license requirement. A driver/rider which choose to take the order will lock the task about 30 - 45 minutes for settle all task or it will end by the system automatically in 30 - 45 mins (throughout the time allocated user can contact their rider/driver to ask about the task status). After task is completed, balance deposit will deducted on formal receipt deal earlier between users and runners/driver/rider. (NOT INCLUDED IN COINCAB PREMIUM APPS)

●Fee services will be deducted once task are submit into the system depends on type of services.

8. What about insurance?
For future undertakings, we are consider to apply an insurance. Otherwise, our apps also have a "Mechanic button" which provide towing and mechanic services immediately around the radius exclusively for CoinCab user app.
