Can someone confirm that watt tool 0.92 does not and cannot change voltages on the latest driver?

works only with cards that have the vddc offset added in to the voi, and that is a small percent of cards, you can believe me.

So, no difference from beta 1(11.08) and beta 2 (23.08) drivers?
No voltage adjustment?
