to keep this short I placed bet on one game SK Gaming - Optic Gaming (06-11-2016). There was two bets for this match. For game 1 and game 2 of match. I placed my bet on Optic Gaming where (3.5 odds) and Optic gaming won that game (earned almost 100 on that bet).

When I logged back to check my winnings I noticed that my balance is still unchanged and I contacted support. Support told me that they will investigate problem and that they will contact me on my email. After 10 days I didn't received any email from gg.bets and my balance is still unchanged. I have a history of chat logs from several days where I contacted them about my problem and I can show there here if you want me to.

I already made peace with my self that I won't see that money ever again and I give up on contacting support because it is terrible. Just google images of their support member and you will notice pictures of some random good looking people on Russian social network website (vk.com).

How about other gambler ? Are they having similar problem like you.10 days is already long enough for resolving this kind of issue.If i at your place,i will also angry because it already take more than 10 days.Thank you for your info.This will alert other member including me at here.
