Are you from banned country? If you are, then you are lucky you're account are yet terminated. It is possible that the player from banned country entries are voided. It is fair since you should not be playing on the platform in the first place.

Breach

Even if you are not banned, a 400,000 entries against 100 entry is equivalent to 0.025% that is slim enough to not get a winning entry. So the raffle result is not surprising. In a calculation of a chance accumulating, one need around 2772 tries to get a 50% chance, but mind you, the chance reset every raffle so it stays as 0.025% chance of winning.
