There are many coins that have an infinite supply. Ethereum is one of the largest that comes to mind. As more miners and masternodes enter the network, the scarcity of the coin becomes a factor and rises over time gradually and naturally intrinsically. Please also note that users of the various platforms will be able to very soon pay for services as well in CipherCoin which will also allow for those coins to leave the available supply of CipherCoins in circulation.
