I mean like this I have justification for almost all the examples you have included here. It is a free world and everyone has basic right to state their opinion. You cannot mark them spam when they are speaking within subject and NOT repeating something which is already stated by someone else.

Moreover, I came to know this manager is ready to remove and denying payments for OBVIOUS SPAMMERS. Hence, you are always welcome to report spammers here.

But, before that please ELABORATELY EXPLAIN WHAT IS SPAM like what kind of way they can write and what are should be avoided. Help them to groom and establish. Just complaining alone will not help anyone
