I don't think they are going to disable your account without having proper reason but it will be much better if you can provide some evidences like chat history, account screenshot (If have) or email.coversation details with related screenshots. Just by reading your topic its quite hard to get actually what happened with you.

Its nearly been 5 years i am using their platform for my trading purpose and their service is enough professional IMO. Still i haven’t face anything like this and they are one of the best trading platform.

The only reason that I can see is that the last time I logged in was about 6 mounts. Otherwise nothing more than casual trading.

The message (3 days ago) :

"Hello,

After a careful review of your account we have decided we no longer wish to continue our customer relationship with you.

Please withdraw your funds within 7 days and respond back once you have withdrawn your funds so that we may close your account.

If we have not heard back within 7 days your account will be permanently closed.
