Maybe some extra info would help, driver version? windows performance settings (visual effects and virtual memory)? system env settings added?

using the blockchain driver 22.19.656.0, windows 10 with visual effect off, virtual memory 50gb, all the env thats come in the start eth

the miner start all good but only 1 gpu 8gb are hashing good, the 4gb are hashing at 1mh
