My primary complaint is that they are NOT a vendor who delivers. I ordered 4 silver eagles from them and paid the agreed upon price, even with their hefty premium. A week later, I received an email that, due to technical difficulties, they could not cash out of the BTC in time and they lost value, so they were "offering" to send me 3 silver eagles instead. They charged me in BTC, I paid in BTC. The fact that they did not convert to USD at a good time is not my problem. Any reputable company would honor their sale, but not Coinabul.

For a risk averse person, you are taking a huge one dealing with Coinabul. Read the other forums, there are many people that have had the same, or worse experiences with them.
