tag allows you to add only VTT subtitles. Most of the subtitles are srt. This means server has to find them, convert to vtt and solve how they are going to be distributed. So tag is kind of useless without proper data. I think this is a lot of manual work and not sure if we can pair movie hash with subtitle hash in all cases (automatization).
