Telegram is open mate. Its very much active

Even for me it says username not found. People in my country experience the same thing. We are located in the Philippines. If I'm not mistaken it's restricted for our country. I hope they open it for us too.

Oh well, I also tried using VPN from server Singapore, USA and UK but still it doesn't work.
