Die Antwort von Bitstamp auf meine Fragen.
Ist das eine Begründung.
Ich habe geschrieben, dass ich nicht um eine erhöhte Sicherheit gebeten habe und ein Videocall nicht mit meinem Sicherheitsverständnis einhergeht.
Einen Dritten zu involvieren kommt auch nicht in Frage, s. o.
Mein Problem wäre halt auch, dass ich mein Englisch für eine so wichtige Sache, als nicht ausreichend empfinde.

Weder eine Aussage zur verspäteten Kontaktaufnahme, noch eine sinnvolle Begründung.
Was mich nervt, die FIAT-Überweisung von Bitstamp an Kucoin kam auch wieder zurück. Kucoin meint, liegt nicht an Ihnen.
Fühle mich etwas versch.......
