It is terrible for Parity Wallet.

Parity is an independent from Ethereum Network organisation which builded their Multisig Wallet on top of Ethereum Network.

If you see website hacked in Internet it is not mean Internet is vulnerable. Internet allow millions websites to exist! It means website was developed not secure. The same is with a Parity wallet.

If you are BTC holder, let say Electrum wallet was hacked. It is not means whole BTC Network is bad, It is problem with Electrum developers (however Electrum was never hacked before it is just an example)

Parity had double-trouble. Month ago the Multisig wallets was hacked with $35M this time $150M frozen. Do not use Parity wallet. Use MEW ,Geth or Gnosis.

Ethereum Network do not consider to make an EIP(Emergency Improvement Proposal) on this case or to make HF. Because it is not Ethereum internal problem.
