That will not happen until the hardcap supply is reached by ethereum. POS will make it happen but we don't know about when that will be happened. ethereum needs something new to create another hype again and that will not so easy dude.

Vitalik Buterin is a smart guy and for a reason, he did not sell all his ETH back in December-January 2017.
I would expect some big news at the end of the year, when next hardfork is expected to happen and before hardfork of Bitcoin, Ethereum team wants to take a piece from that event.
