Pretty much agree. Idea looks intriguing but with such lack of relevant info or even an understanding of the arena he's stepping into it's hard to back this right now. I will however check back and see if he can get it together.

We have an understanding in cryptography and safety. The only significant barrier on the way is a creation own * chain and approval among miners, for creation of protection in the form of unallotted capacities.
