For the Current Bounty terms were violated as well. KYC was mandatory and announced after finishing of the Bounty Campaign. We were supposed to pm Lilit1996 with our e-mail address and instructions for KYC would follow.

And our instructions regarding submitting the email provided a clear instructions and dateline.
You just have to PM the email, no need to wait for any reply. The KYC procedure will be send directly to your email, as for now, there are no process yet, kindly do wait for CURRENT TEAM to send it.
And if you in the bounty group or the main group, you will know, that Current team did not yet distribute any token. Even the Token sale participants need to wait for now. As for other projects, we would like to stress it here that distribution of bounty tokrn is handle by Project team itself, for Opiria distribution announcements can be find in the official bounty telegram group.

As for the main OP post, any changes in terms or Kyc is based on the general rules written
Bounty Manager and the Team reserve their right to make changes to the terms in any moment.
Do kindly also read the general rules and instructions of bounty thread before participating.
