OK, I have been in touch with Fix, who is going to send me a spreadsheet with all proposed refund transactions. Fix rolled out of bed at 3AM to discuss this. I told him that the ARK refund is too much money and far too important to do in a hurry when he is tired. So we are going to do this tomorrow when we both have had some sleep. He will send me the refund spreadsheet; I will examine it; then I will send Fix and Axente the cash to do what is on the spreadsheet.

Please be patient. Refunds are coming. And I am trying to do my part to make sure all goes smoothly.

after applying for a refund, the chosen btc address, was visible in my dashboard, now it is not.Is it Normal?
