I think Atalanta had the same thing as well and they have seen the results of that too. I'm also curious why Diego Simeone wasn't fired at Atletico Madrid. What do they expect from Diego Simeone. If we look at the history of Atletico Madrid while Diego Simeone was coach, they did not win many titles. If I'm not mistaken, while Diego Simeone was coaching ATM, he was only able to win 2 LaLiga champions, 2 European champions, 1 Copa Del Rey, 1 Super Cup, 2 UEFA Super Cups and the Audi Cup.
Is there no other coach who suits Atletico Madrid's style of play.

But Diego Simeone is also not a bad coach in his career compared to many other coaches. I think he's a standard coach. But Atletico Madrid must have big dreams of winning the UEFA Champions League. ATM has not been able to win the UEFA Champions League. Maybe Pep Guardiola is one step faster than him who can make Manchester City feel the UCL.
