Now I took possession of the account so the "loan" can go ahead, I made a mistake... but this doesn't mean I'm not an honest person ( it was only a mistake) and someone made all this epic trolling.
I think this is my first mistake as escrow , and you right " I myself almost have ruined my reputation " whit this "stupid" error.
I'm not saying you are dishonest but that would certainly come into question if you couldn't fulfil the terms of your escrow due to loss caused by a mistake on your part. This is partly why I don't offer escrow or wouldn't hold any large amounts or one I wouldn't be willing to comfortably cover if I screwed up and made a mistake (and we're all human and mistakes do happen but it's how we deal with those mistakes that define us). Just think what would've happened if you lost access to an expensive account and/or the funds? Would you be willing to cover several bitcoins out of your own pocket? These are the things you and others have to consider.
