I'm not saying you are dishonest but that would certainly come into question if you couldn't fulfil the terms of your escrow due to loss caused by a mistake on your part. This is partly why I don't offer escrow or wouldn't hold any large amounts or one I wouldn't be willing to comfortably cover if I screwed up and made a mistake (and we're all human and mistakes do happen but it's how we deal with those mistakes that define us). Just think what would've happened if you lost access to an expensive account and/or the funds? Would you be willing to cover several bitcoins out of your own pocket? These are the things you and others have to consider.

I don't have an answer for your question , but now It is not more a problem because I don't anymore make as escrow here. Troll if you are reading me , why have you did all this ?
