My guess is the 1st address belongs to Bittrex and those are the coins people are exchanging right now. And the 2nd address belongs to issie, because in this thread he says he bought about 10 million coins when he bought all the coins up to 500 satoshis.

I think your quite right, we going to need another big investor to get this coin climbing. but I think once POW starts we will see a bit of a pump.. . I think we are currently close to 16k block atm.
