It's surely not a scam (thats purely your opinion at the moment) but they look a bit afraid to release Nem and see it eventually fail or "not doing so well" imo by postponing forever for whatever reason

Who cares? Bitcoin is still in beta, remember? Counterparty still has loads of issues, so does NXT, so does Darkcoin. So to go so long without releasing an actual product after first promising a release in NOVEMBER (LOL) just looks bad. Sorry, but you guys are moving too slow for this to seem very legit anymore.
